Kevin Johio Lucas Rehn Eires

Yohio, whose real name is Kevin Johio Lucas Rehn Eires, is a Swedish singer, songwriter, and musician. He gained popularity in Japan and Sweden with his unique visual kei-inspired style and music. Yohio was born on July 27, 1995, in Sundsvall, Sweden.

He first rose to prominence in Japan after participating in the Japanese music competition show "Niji Iro Supernova" in 2012, where he showcased his talent as a guitarist and vocalist. Yohio's androgynous appearance and mastery of the Japanese language further captivated the Japanese audience.

In 2013, Yohio released his debut album titled "Break the Border," which reached high positions on the Japanese charts. He continued to release music both in Japan and Sweden, blending elements of J-rock and pop-rock in his sound.

While Yohio's popularity has primarily been centered in Japan and Sweden, he has also gained a following internationally through his music and performances. He has participated in various music festivals, collaborations, and concerts in different countries.

It's worth noting that my knowledge is based on information available up until September 2021. Therefore, if there have been any significant developments in Yohio's career since then, I might not be aware of them.
