BTS Kpop

BTS, also known as the Bangtan Boys, is a South Korean boy band formed by Big Hit Entertainment. The group debuted on June 13, 2013, with seven members: RM (previously known as Rap Monster), Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook. 


BTS quickly gained popularity both in South Korea and internationally, becoming one of the most successful and influential K-pop acts. They are known for their energetic performances, catchy music, and meaningful lyrics that often touch on topics such as mental health, youth empowerment, and social commentary.




The group has released several successful albums, including "Dark & Wild" (2014), "Wings" (2016), "Love Yourself: Tear" (2018), "Map of the Soul: Persona" (2019), and "BE" (2020). They have achieved numerous accolades and records, including topping the Billboard Hot 100 chart multiple times with songs like "Dynamite" and "Butter," making them the first Korean act to achieve such a feat.


BTS has also been recognized for their philanthropy and positive influence. In 2020, they donated $1 million to the Black Lives Matter movement, and they have partnered with UNICEF for their "Love Myself" campaign, aiming to end violence against children and teenagers.


The group's fanbase, known as the BTS Army, is known for their dedicated support and active presence on social media. BTS's impact on the global music scene has led to their immense popularity and influence, contributing to the spread of K-pop's popularity worldwide.
